Since childhood, the family dental practice was the cornerstone that inspired my vocation. Raised in an environment where dentistry was an integral part of daily life, my parents not only instilled in me a love for the profession but also the value of hard work and dedication.
My university education began in Salamanca, a city that significantly influenced my undergraduate studies. I later completed my studies in Santiago de Compostela, where I consolidated my knowledge and forged fond memories.
With the goal of achieving excellence and setting myself apart, I embarked on a dual postgraduate program. Advised by my father, I simultaneously pursued a Master's in Research and a doctorate, as well as a Master's in Orthodontics in Madrid. This period, characterized by intense dedication, culminated in outstanding recognitions: the Extraordinary Award in Orthodontics and a unanimous CUM LAUDE doctoral degree.
These academic achievements opened the door to an exciting teaching career. For five years, I shared experience as a professor at the Miguel de Cervantes European University in Valladolid, which led me to direct postgraduate programs, including an Expert in Orthodontics and, later, the National and International Master's in Orthodontics with the UCAM.
Currently, I combine my daily work in the clinic with teaching and research, understanding dentistry not only as a profession, but as a vocation and a lifestyle that drives me to continue growing and contributing to the field every day.

Dr. Peri Colino currently serves as Director of the Master's Degree in Orthopedics and Digital Clinical Orthodontics in Malaga and International Director of the Master of Science in Orthodontics in the Netherlands, both from the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM).

Today, Dr. Peri Colino is the head of the Orthodontics specialty and coordinator of treatments involving Orthodontics and dental aesthetics at Dental Colino, a family clinic located in Villanueva de la Serena (Badajoz) since 1987.

Dr. Peri Colino is the driving force behind the Ancora Medical and Dental Clinic, located in Malaga, a project created by a group of professional partners in the sector to offer the widest range of high-quality dental treatments using the latest clinical dental technology.

The Colino, Smiles, Art, and Culture Foundation is a project that began with the firm desire to generate a profound and positive impact on society. The pillars that define its identity are: orthognathic surgery, orthodontics, specialized training, literature, sustainability, and sports.
These six pillars summarize not only their areas of action, but also the values on which they are based: health, knowledge, culture, environmental awareness, and personal development through the effort and discipline of all as a society.

He trained as an orthodontist at the University of Alcalá de Henares (ITECO) with an Extraordinary Award. After obtaining his doctorate, he began his professional career as a professor at the Miguel de Cervantes European University, where he was responsible for the physiology and pathology of the temporomandibular joint.

Doctor in Biomedicine with the highest qualification (Outstanding CUM LAUDE unanimously) from the University of Extremadura.
International Speaker
Dr. Peri Colino currently serves as an International Orthodontic Speaker, where he has made a significant impact on the global orthodontic community. Over the past year, he has shared his experience and knowledge at 30 conferences in 11 different countries, demonstrating his commitment to education and innovation in the field of orthodontics. Ripano, 2017), a detailed guide for addressing complex cases and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Orthodontics, Science and Evidence (Ed. Ripano, 2019), a text that integrates theory, practice and updated scientific evidence.
In MTO – Minimum Time Orthodontics (Ed. Grupo Asís, 2024), a work developed in collaboration with other industry professionals, focuses on the efficiency and effectiveness of orthodontic treatment. The book presents, step by step, the sequence of work with braces and aligners to perfect the Minimum Contact orthodontic protocol and improve the patient experience from day one.
